Become a Leader. Circles Green Bay is expanding and we need you! We are looking for program participants (known as Leaders within Circles) to begin in February 2022. Our mission is to help households set goals that change their financial future and move them out of poverty. This mission is only possible by the support of volunteers from our community. By applying and interviewing, you will learn how volunteers and program participants work side by side to achieve the mission of Circles Green Bay, to end poverty, one household at a time. Become an Ally. We are recruiting Allies for our current cohort of Circle Leaders. An Ally gets to come alongside the household that is working to move out of poverty, helping them pursue goals for education or employment. The Ally role is a critical volunteer need that is vital to the success of Circles Green Bay.
